Initial Assessment - 30 - 45 Minute Appointment

Follow Up Reviews - 30 Minute Appointment

Extended Appointment - 1 Hour Appointment (This needs to be pre arranged)

GP Chronic Disease Management Plan

If eligible you can receive a Medicare rebate towards the cost of the appointment to reduce your out of pocket expense.

Please discuss with you doctor regarding eligibility for a Chronic Disease Management Plan as you may be eligible for up to 5 appointments per year.

GP Eating Disorder Management Plan

If eligible you can receive a Medicare rebate towards the cost of the appointment to reduce your out of pocket expense.

Please discuss with you doctor regarding eligibility for an Eating Disorder Management Plan as you may be eligible for up to 20 appointments per year.

Private Health Insurance

Fees may be claimed via your private health insurance depending on your cover. Please discuss with your Health Insurance Provider.

NDIS

We are able to see people who have NDIS funding that are self or plan managed. Please contact for further information.

Concession Rate

Concession rates are available for people who have a Health Care Card. Please discuss with admin when arranging an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact Happy Eating Dietetics as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule appointments

Short Notice cancellation of appointments and non arrivals will incur a fee.
